GDPR Statement

How is your personal information transferred outside of the EEA?

The personal information will be used, stored and/or accessed by staff operating outside the EEA working for us, other members of our parent company group or third party suppliers. This will be for the purposes listed in section ‎2 above, the provision of our services to you or your employer, the processing of transactions and/or the provision of support services. Further details about who we share personal information with are set out in section 4 above.

When transferring personal information outside the EEA, we will usually:

(a) in accordance with Article 46.2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), include the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for transferring personal information outside the EEA into our contracts with those third parties (you can find further information about standard contractual clauses here); or

(b) in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR, ensure that the country in which your personal information will be handled has been deemed “adequate” by the European Commission (you can find further information about adequacy decisions here).

In any case, our transfer, storage and handling of your personal information will continue to be governed by this privacy policy.
