DEODE is a highly innovative Counter Uncrewed Aerial System (CUAS) effector. Whilst fundamentally a directed energy weapon, DEODE limits its effecting scope to the permanent impairment of the electro optical payload of hostile uncrewed aerial platforms. Once the effect has been delivered, the operator has achieved a mission kill on the adversary platform, rendering it either completely inoperable in the case of FPV drones, or of no operational use in the case of stand off intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms and loitering munitions.
- Configurable for static, tripod mountable deployment or integrated onto a vehicle with on the move engagement capability
- Able to be operated standalone using integral active search and track capability, or integrated into a wider counter uncrewed aerial system as an effector option through its SAPIENT compliant architecture
- Negligible cost per kill

- Effective against electronic warfare resistant threats such as fibre optically controlled FPV drones
